Abstract:

The purpose of the study is to identify the influence of the distorting behavior of managers in educational institutions on the organizational sinism levels of other employees. The study was conducted with 358 participants in the institutions that educate at high school level in Istanbul (European side). The data collection technique is used as a method. The technique of sampling is easy to use. The data collected was analyzed using the SPSS 22 package program. The study found that the scratch in coordination and control processes increased the levels of cognitive sinism, sensual sinism and behavioral sinism. The analysis techniques used in the study were made with the "normal distribution assumption". The measurement tool used for scratching is based on the management functions of measurement. Therefore, the result was not achieved from the point of view of the species of scratch. Similar studies in the field study the behavior of the managers against the teachers (vertical hierarchy). These research managers are also different from similar studies because they take samples.
