Bu araştırmada son yıllarda oldukça büyük önem arz eden örgütsel güven ve bilgi paylaşımı konuları incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı örgütsel güvenin (çalışma arkadaşlarına güven, yöneticiye güven, örgüte güven) bilgi paylaşımı (örtük bilgi paylaşımı, açık bilgi paylaşımı) üzerine etkisini belirlemektir. Araştırma sağlık çalışanları üzerine yapılan bir alan çalışmasıyla desteklenmiştir. Çalışmanın örneklemini bir kamu hastanesinin sağlık çalışanları meydana getirmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri SPSS 25.0 programında frekans analizi, korelasyon analizi ve regresyon analizi yapılarak test edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda sadece yöneticiye güvenin açık ve örtük bilgi paylaşımını pozitif yönde etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar kuramsal ve uygulama bağlamında tartışılmıştır.
In this study, organizational trust and knowledge sharing issues, which have been of great importance in recent years, are examined. The aim of the study is to determine the effect of organizational trust (trust in colleagues, trust in the manager, trust in the organization) on knowledge sharing (implicit knowledge sharing, explicit knowledge sharing). The research was supported by a field study on healthcare professionals. The sample of the study was composed of healthcare workers of a public hospital. The data of the research were tested in SPSS 25.0 program by performing frequency analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was seen that only the trust in the manager positively affected explicit and implicit knowledge sharing. The results obtained were discussed in the theoretical and practical context.
