Abstract:

The study first addressed the administrative system of the communities living within the Ottoman State. This administrative system, based on the basic essence of the Islamic states, the notion of "ummet" has also influenced the family structure of communities. People in the Ottoman State's social system. They were in the midst of the shadows they had. The communities living in the Ottoman territory are mentioned by religious affiliation; local formations, internal order and social norms were formed in an autonomous form in the religious axis. The Ottoman state allowed each nation to conduct its own administrative order. On the same territory different languages, religions, and racial communities have lived together; this has made it possible for communities to have similar social habits and cultural interactions. The study, in which details are studied, such as the family view of the nations referred to by different religions and religions, marriage and the number of children, aims to reveal the similarities and differences in social life. The position of the family, which is the basic unit of society life, within the Ottoman national system constitutes the main subject of work.
