Çalışmanın amacı, yazar Sevim Ak’ın çocuk kitaplarında bulunan kalıplaşmış söz varlığı ögelerini (atasözleri, deyimler, ikilemeler, kalıp sözler) tespit etmek ve dilimizin söz varlığı zenginliğini nasıl yansıttığını incelemektir. Bu çalışma, nitel araştırma geleneğine bağlı bir doküman inceleme çalışmasıdır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Çalışmanın veri kaynağını Sevim Ak’ın yazmış olduğu beş kitap (Vanilya Kokulu Mektuplar, Sıcak Çikolatalı Yolculuklar, Babamın Gözleri Kedi Gözleri, Uçurtmam Bulut Şimdi, Çilekli Dondurma) oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın sonucunda incelenen beş kitapta 1202 kalıplaşmış söz varlığı ögesi tespit edilmiştir. Kitaplarda bulunan kalıplaşmış söz varlığı ögelerinden 4’ü atasözü, 625’i deyim, 501’i ikileme, 72’si kalıp sözlerdir. Bu sonuçlara göre incelenen kitapların dilimizin anlatım imkân ve ayrıntılarını aktarmada zengin olduğu söylenebilir. Ayrıca, kitapların anlatımlarında sade bir dil tercih edilmiştir.
The purpose of the study is to identify the subjects of the word existence found in the children’s books of the writer Sevim Ak and to explore how our language reflects the wealth of the word existence. This study is a document review work related to the quality research tradition. In the analysis of the data obtained, the visual analysis method was used. The data source of the study consists of five books written by Sevim Ak (Vanilla Smelled Letters, Hot Chocolate Journeys, My Father's Eyes Cat Eyes, Flying Cloud Now, Fresh Ice Cream). In the five books studied, 1202 forms of word existence were identified. There are four words in the book, 625 words, 501 words, and 72 words. According to these findings, the books studied can be said that our language is rich in the possibility of narration and translation of details. Also, a simple language was preferred in the stories of the books.
