Abstract:

This study aims to identify the stakeholders’ views on the coating system applied in the body training courses in Turkey and measure the teacher’s ability. The study is in the research model and the sample consists of a total of 76 stakeholders, being school managers, body education teachers, coaching students, normal fellow students and guardians. In the process of obtaining data, the law, regulations, general law, etc. According to the factors, the researchers prepared the "Semi-Structured Interview Form" was used. The obtained data is transmitted to the Nvivo program and a topical list is created using the visual analysis method. The research results that teachers process the lessons in accordance with the curriculum program, teachers joined the two group of students while implementing the curriculum activities, the individualized educational plans remain on paper, the support educational services are provided in other areas within the work framework except Manisa, the examination assessments are not made specifically to the students of coaching but are assessed together with the colleagues, the student deficiency is taken into account, the physical structure of the schools, the fields and materials for body education and sports lessons are not suitable for the students of coaching, the school institution and the teachers are in communication, the school managers are usually in the course, the seminar, etc. Participation in the events but the teachers and guardians are not sufficiently aware of the subject, the inclusion of students is not involved in non-school sports activities, the inclusion of students in the gym, material, games, the teacher is more moderate, etc. They have expectations, lack of interest, physical and verbal violence, lack of BEP, the crowd of class presents, the institution is irrelevant, etc. Problems are identified. The result is the improvement of the school conditions, the reduction of class availability, the appointment of specialized educators and assistant teachers to institutions, the awareness of the guardians, the supervision of this issue in schools, the provision of financial facilities.
