Abstract:

The main objective of the work safety experts is to prevent the potential risks of accidents that may occur in the work areas and to take the necessary measures to address these risks. However, if the work is done, there are still accidents in the workplace due to various reasons. After a work accident, the accidents are transferred to court by the individual or relatives who have been affected by the accident in some cases, and in some cases by the employer. In addition to this, the party or employers who were exposed to the accident without the request of the accident, according to the severity of the accident, the judicial authorities are also opening a serious investigation on behalf of the public and the matter is transferred to the court. In this context, the work safety experts who are responsible for the prevention of work accidents are the specialists in the work accidents files transferred to the court in which the judge requires special and technical knowledge.
