Bu araştırmanın amacı bir kamu politikası olarak yürütülen bağımlılıkla mücadeleye ilişkin uygulamaların muhtarlar tarafından nasıl algılandığını incelemektir. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmış veriler anket tekniği ile elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde SPSS 18 programından yararlanılmıştır. Yapılan araştırma sonucunda bağımlılıkla mücadele çalışmalarında köy ve mahalle muhtarlarının çoğunluğunun bağımlılıkla mücadele konusundaki algılarının bir plan ve yöntem dâhilinde yeniden harekete geçirilmeye ihtiyaçlarının olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Gelinen noktada muhtarların nasıl mücadele edileceği konusundaki bilgi ve motivasyon eksikliğinden dolayı aktif olamadıkları ve mevcut potansiyellerini kullanamadıkları düşünülmektedir. Dolayısıyla bir kamu politikası olarak bağımlılıkla mücadelede köy ve mahalle muhtarlarının hem suç ve suçluların ortaya çıkarılmasında, hem de önleme faaliyetlerinde, aktif rol almasını sağlayacak işbirliği ve projelere çok büyük ihtiyaç olduğu söylenebilir.
The aim of this study is to explore how the practices related to the fight against addiction, which is conducted as a public policy, are perceived by the master. The data used in the research method is obtained through the survey technique. The data analysis is based on SPSS 18 program.
