Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between the perceptions of teachers about the scratching practices of school management of teachers working in secondary education institutions and the levels of psychological capital. In addition, it has been tried to determine whether these variables vary according to gender, age, civil status, education level, branch, year of service and school type. The study’s work group consists of 250 teachers working in the secondary education institutions in the province of Trabzon.  Research is an imaginary study in the relational scan model. In the collection of research data, the scale of scalability and the scale of psychological capital were used in the school management. SPSS 20 is a data analysis. Using the 0 package program, correlation analysis, t-Test, one-way variance analysis (ANOVA); Mann Whitney-U test and Kruskal Wallis H test were performed. The research finds that teachers’ scratch perceptions are low, and their psychological capital levels are high, while the relationship between these two variables has been unreasonable in the negative direction. Teachers have found that the perceptions of scratch vary according to the year of service and the type of school variable, but not according to gender, age, civil status, education level and branch variables. In the study of the levels of psychological capital, there was no significant difference between the variables.
