Abstract:

Since 2010, the possible negative or positive effects on the current hospital capital budgets at the point of revenue of services provided by the 2nd and 3rd floor household health services units, the current hospitals have great importance in terms of revenue and profit and damage they obtain when offering these services. The services that the health sector offers are the types of services that should not be assessed in terms of profit and damage while the current return capital payments to employees, contrary to the payments to be made to the costs of the different service delivery units, disrupts the labour and profit balance for employees that have been spent on the costs of the different service delivery units. The negative impact of this situation on hospital return capital makes it necessary for them to be healed at the present point of delivery of health services in the current home. In the budget implementation communication, health services at home 112 command centers should be addressed in the status of risky units and the service fees they have re-presented should be reviewed. The study involves the examination of the state of a public hospital’s annual health care unit’s income and expenditure balance in terms of profits and losses. As a result, with the requested arrangement and the re-design of the healthcare units at home, the service will become more accessible to the patient. This means that the price rate of the hospital returns to the capital that reduces the pressure while the hospital administration will result in the fact that the unit’s operation can be transferred to a wider patient mass and the return capital that the healthcare staff will obtain will not break the balance of additional payments.
