So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

16 Eylül 2014 tarihinde vermiş olduğu Hassan v. Birleşik Krallık Kararı ile Avrupa İnsan Hakları Mahkemesi, özgürlük ve güvenlik hakkı ekseninde, Avrupa İnsan Hakları Sözleşmesi’nin sınır dışı olaylarda uygulanabilirliği ve uluslararası insancıl hukuk ve insan hakları hukuku arasındaki ilişkiye ilişkin görüşünü ortaya koymuştur. İlgili Kararı’nda, uluslararası insancıl hukuk ve insan hakları hükümlerinin bir arada yorumlanması gerektiğini ortaya koyan Mahkeme’ye göre Avrupa İnsan Hakları Sözleşmesi’ne Taraf Devletlerin müdahil oldukları uluslararası silahlı çatışmalarda Sözleşme’nin 5/1. maddesinde yer alan özgürlükten yoksun bırakma nedenlerine insancıl hukuk hükümleri çerçevesinde bir yenisinin eklenmesi mümkündür.

Abstract:

On 16 September 2014, Hassan v. United Kingdom Decision and the European Court of Human Rights, on the right to freedom and security, expressed their views on the applicability of the European Convention on Human Rights in foreign events and the relationship between international human law and human rights law. According to the Court of Justice, the provisions of international human rights and human rights should be interpreted together in its relevant ruling, the European Convention on Human Rights (CEDAW) states to interfere in international armed conflicts in which States Parties interfere 5/1 of the Convention. It is possible to add a new in the framework of human rights provisions to the reasons of deprivation of freedom contained in the article.
