Abstract:

Objects that stand for human genius in the history of civilisation – regardless of whether little known or reknown worldwide – enable us to depict the dominant ideology of the period as well as the way of its thinking and mind set. This article may be considered as an assertion, based on precarious assumptions with regard to grasping the creative impulse and ideologies behind works of art at the very moment of their inception. Our objective is to embark upon an enterprise for discovering thoughts, ideals, and ideological backgrounds within the explicit topics of the field. Although the field of study focuses on two main art movements that have occupied an important part in the formation of the modern/contemporary trends and dynamics, some comprehensive critical commentary and terminological concepts related to conventional approaches of representational art have also been made as if incorporating the ideal rather then the real
