Bu çalışmada OECD ülkeleri ve Türkiye’nin yer aldığı toplam 36 ülkenin 2010-2017 yılları temel makroekonomik göstergelerine dayalı ekonomik durumları Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) Tekniklerinden TOPSIS yöntemi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Makroekonomik performans göstergeleri olarak dış ticaret dengesi, gayri safi yurtiçi hasıla, işsizlik ve enflasyon oranları esas alınmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular yıl bazlı olarak incelendiğinde sıralamada bazı ülkelerin ortalama aynı sıralarda yer aldığı bazı ülkelerin sıralamalarında yıllara göre belirgin farklılıklar olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.
In this study, the economic situation of the OECD countries and the total of 36 countries in which Turkey participated was evaluated on the basis of the basic macroeconomic indicators in the years 2010-2017, using the TOPSIS method from the Techniques of Multi-Critical Decision Making (MCCC). Macroeconomic performance indicators are based on external trade balance, non-clean domestic profits, unemployment and inflation rates. When the results were studied on a year-based basis, it was observed that there were significant differences in the rankings of some countries where some countries were on average in the same rankings over the years.
