Bu araştırmanın amacı; Eğitim Fakültesi son sınıf öğrencilerinin zaman yönetimi ile stres algıları arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılı bahar döneminde Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi son sınıfta öğrenim gören 442 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verileri, Zaman Yönetimi Ölçeği ve Algılanan Stres Ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Öğrencilerin Zaman Yönetimi algıları “orta” düzeydedir. Öğrencilerin Stres algıları da “orta” düzeydedir. Öğrencilerin Zaman Yönetimi ve Stres algılarında cinsiyet değişkenine göre anlamlı bir farklılaşma bulunmamaktadır. Öğrencilerin zaman yönetimi algılarında akademik ortalama değişkenine göre anlamlı bir farklılaşma bulunmaktadır. Öğrencilerin Zaman Yönetimi ve Stres algıları arasında negatif yönde orta düzeyde bir ilişki olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the time management and stress perceptions of the high school students. The study group of the study is composed of 442 students studying in the last class at the Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University School of Education in the spring period of the 2017-2018 academic year. The research data was collected with time management scale and detected stress scale. The student’s perceptions of Time Management are at the “mediate” level. The student’s stress perception is also at the “mediate” level. There is no meaningful differentiation in student time management and stress perceptions according to gender variables. There is a meaningful differentiation in student time management perceptions according to the academic average variable. The conclusion is that there is a middle-level relationship between student time management and stress perceptions in a negative direction.
