Aile planlaması yöntemlerinin kullanılması anne, çocuk ve toplum sağlığının korunması ve sürdürülmesinde oldukça önemlidir. Bununla birlikte, günümüzde aile planlaması yöntemlerinin kullanımı halen istenilen düzeyde değildir. Bu çalışma hemşirelik bölümü öğrencilerinin toplumsal cinsiyet algısı aile planlaması tutumları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek için tanımlayıcı ve ilişkisel olarak yapılmıştır. Çalışmaya 344 öğrenci alınmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri kişisel bilgi formu, Aile Planlaması Tutum Ölçeği ve Toplumsal Cinsiyet Algısı Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde sayı, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, bağımsız gruplarda t testi, ki kare, Oneway ANOVA ve Pearson korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Öğrencilerin Toplumsal Cinsiyet Algısı Ölçeği puan ortalaması 102.01±15.87, Aile Planlaması Tutum Ölçeği puan ortalaması 128.50±26.94 olup, toplumsal cinsiyet ve aile planlamasına ilişkin olumlu tutuma sahip oldukları belirlenmiştir. Ancak kadın öğrencilerin erkeklere göre daha eşitlikçi tutum sergiledikleri ve aile planlaması tutumlarının daha olumlu olduğu görülmüştür. Toplumsal cinsiyet algısı ile aile planlaması tutumu arasında pozitif ilişki olduğu, eşitlikçi algıya sahip öğrencilerin aile planlaması tutumlarının daha olumlu olduğu saptanmıştır.
The use of family planning methods is very important in the preservation and maintenance of the mother, child and community health. However, today, the use of family planning methods is still not at the desired level. This study was done in the nursing department to identify and relate to study the relationship between the social gender perception of the family planning attitudes of the students. There are 344 students involved. The data of the study was collected using personal information form, Family Planning Attitude Scale and Social Gender Perception Scale. In the assessment of the data, the number, percentage, the arithmetic average, the standard deviation, the t test in independent groups, the square, the Oneway ANOVA and the Pearson correlation analysis were used. The student's social gender perception scale score average is 102.01±15.87, the family planning attitude scale score average is 128.50±26.94, and they have a positive attitude towards social gender and family planning. However, it has been shown that female students have more equal attitudes than men, and that their family planning attitudes are more positive. It has been found that there is a positive relationship between social gender perception and family planning attitude, the students with equal perception have a more positive family planning attitude.
