Abstract:

The aim of this study is to identify whether special educational teachers working in private educational institutions are differentiated, by examining the levels of professional exhaustion and subjective well-being in terms of some demographic variables. Research is an imaging model based on scan. The research group consists of 76 private educational teachers who are working in the Antalya province center private educational institutions in the 2017-2018 educational year. The research data was obtained through the "Personal Information Form" prepared by the researcher, the "Maslach Exhaust Reserve" and the "Professional Doyum Scale". The study found that the "Professional Doyum Scale" points did not differ according to any demographic variable, the "Maslach Sustainability Reserve Scale" from the sub-dimensions of the "Emotional Sustainability" and "Personal Success Feeling" sub-dimensional points did not differ according to demographic variables such as gender, age, civil status, professional age, regular sporting, student careers are related to children, while the "Insensitivity" sub-dimensional points were given to the results related to the sub-dimensional inconsciousness in the study results because the reliability and validity points were very low. The findings were presented in the light of literature and the results were discussed and presented.
