Abstract:

The purpose of the research is to conduct a need analysis study aimed at the development of the planning and evaluation course in the teaching. The research is designed by the method of work. The participants of the study were formed by eight researchers selected with a maximum variety sampling and two teachers identified according to the standard sampling method. The interview method used in data collection, the data was collected through two different semi-configured interview forms prepared by the researchers.  In the analysis of the data, it was used by the analyzing approach of the content. According to the analysis, the objectives of the planning and evaluation course in teaching, the content, the learning-learning and measurement-evaluation processes are not fully satisfied with the needs and expectations of the researchers. This has been achieved as a result of content and practices that are not integrated with higher education and specific situations in the area.
