Abstract:

One of the important elements of the teaching process is educational programs. It is determined by how an educational system a student is aimed at training, how it will follow methods to that goal, and by what methods the students will measure their learning levels. Teachers are the teachers who are going to implement the training program. Therefore, it is important to determine the level of knowledge about the educational program that will be so important in the professional life of the teacher candidates. This study is aimed at developing a valid and reliable success test related to the Education Programs. A successful test consisting of 29 questions was prepared, taking into account the scope of the topics related to the training programs while developing the success test. For the purpose of determining the language of the prepared test and the validity of the materials, the expert opinion was taken from two teachers specializing in the field of training programs and a total of three teachers specializing in the field of Turkish teaching. The preliminary application of the test was carried out with data collected from 150 teachers candidates who are studying in the main science department of the computer and teaching technologies of the University of Çanakkale on March eighteenth and the main science department of the science of science. By examining the answers that teachers candidates give to the questions included in the test, the differentiability and difficulty index of all subjects are calculated separately. As a result of the material analysis, the substance differentiability index was removed from the 9 substance test, which is 0.30 and below, the options of a substance were reorganized and the "Education Program Success Test" was reorganized to consist of 20 questions. The data obtained from the material analysis of the test was analyzed using the SPSS 16.0 package statistical program.
