Abstract:

Bu araştırmada Birleşmiş Millet Mülteciler Yüksek Komiserliği, Avrupa Birliği ve Yurtdışı Türkler ve Akraba Topluluklar Başkanlığı işbirliğinde yürütülen “Suriye ve Iraklılar İçin İleri Düzey Türkçe Eğitimi Programı” projesi kapsamında kullanılan öğretim setlerine dair öğrenci ve öğretmen görüşlerinin ortaya konması amaçlanmıştır. Öğretim setleri, öğretim merkezlerinde uygulanmakta olan öğretim programlarının ve uygulamalarının ana belirleyicisi niteliği taşımaktadır. Bu bakımdan dil öğretimi açısından büyük önem arz etmektedir. Araştırma kapsamında yer alan öğretim setleri İstanbul Yabancılar İçin Türkçe Öğretim Seti, Gazi TÖMER Yabancılar İçin Türkçe Seti ve Yedi İklim Türkçe Öğretim Seti’dir. Öğretim setleri temelde ders kitapları açısından değerlendirilmekle birlikte eğer mevcutsa çalışma kitabı ve öğretmen kılavuz kitabı açısından da değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada nitel araştırma deseninin doküman incelemesi yöntemi esas alınmıştır. Doküman incelemesi kapsamında, görüşme formları incelenip öğretim setleri hakkında bilgilendirici nitelikteki veriler analiz edilmiştir. Toplanan veriler, ilgili proje kapsamında yer alan 11 ildeki üniversitelerin Türkçe Öğretim Merkezlerinde çalışan 56 öğretmen ve A1 seviyesinden C1 seviyesine kadar öğrenim gören 56 Suriyeli öğrencinin oluşturduğu örneklemden elde edilmiştir. Veriler bir akademik yıl içerisinde aynı öğretmen ve öğrencilere periyodik aralıklarla 5 kez uygulanan görüşme formları aracılığıyla elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre öğrenci ve öğretmenlerin görüşleri frekans ve yüzdelik ifadelerle tablolaştırılmış, bu tablolardaki sayısal verilerden kıyaslamalı çıkarımlarda bulunulmuştur. Çıkarımlar çerçevesinde araştırmaya dair öneriler sunulmuştur. Abstract: In this research, it was aimed to reveal the views of students and teachers on the teaching sets used in the scope of “Advanced Turkish Language Education Program for Syria and Iraqis .” In the study, the method of document examination of the qualitative research design was taken as basis. In the scope of the document review, interview forms were analyzed and informative data about teaching sets were analyzed. The collected data were obtained from the sample formed by 56 Syrian students who completed C1 56 and teachers who were working at the Turkish Teaching Centers of 11 colleges. According to the findings obtained, opinions of students and teachers were tabulated with frequency and percentile expressions and comparative deductions were made from the numerical data in these tables. Suggestions for research are presented in the framework of the conclusions. Abstract:

This study aims to reveal the students and teachers’ opinions on the teaching sets used in the framework of the "Advanced Turkish Education Program for Syrians and Iraqis" project carried out in cooperation with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, the European Union and the Presidency of Foreign Turks and Families. Teaching sets are the main determinant of the teaching programs and practices that are being implemented in the teaching centers. This is very important in terms of language teaching. The teaching sets included in the research framework are the Turkish Teaching Set for Istanbul Foreigners, the Turkish Teaching Set for Gazi TÖMER Foreigners and the Seven Climate Turkish Teaching Set. The teaching sets are basically evaluated from the point of view of the teaching books, but if there is, they are also evaluated from the point of view of the workbook and the teacher's guide. The study is based on the method of document examination of the quality research pattern. In the framework of the document review, the interview forms were studied and data of informative quality about the teaching sets were analyzed. The data collected was obtained from the sample of 56 teachers working in the Turkish teaching centers of the 11 provinces involved in the project and 56 Syrian students studying from level A1 to level C1. The data was obtained through the interview forms applied to the same teachers and students 5 times periodically within a academic year. According to the findings obtained, the opinions of students and teachers were tabled in frequency and percentage expressions, compared with the numerical data in these tables. Recommendations for research are presented in the framework of the research.
