So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

This study, which has been carried out to identify the level of the relationship between the organised culture and organised cynicism, was prepared according to the descriptive and correlational scanning model. The universe of the research was made up by the teachers who work in the centre of Sanliurfa. The resarch was experimented on 330 people from the universe ‘Organisational Culture Scale ‘ developed by Ipek (1999) and ‘Organisational Cynicism Scale ‘ developed by Brandes (1997) and translated into Turkish by Tokgoz and Yilmaz (2008) were used in this study. In the end of the study, it was ascertained that teachers’ perception of organisational culture and organisational cynicism are at medium – level in general and there is a positively low correlation between between the perception of organisational culture and organisational cynicism.
