So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Toplam kalite yönetimi organizasyonlarda “kalite”nin artırılmasını amaçlayan bir yönetim felsefesidir. Bu yönetim anlayışında hedef, müşterilerin istek ve beklentileri doğrultusunda ürün ve hizmetlerin kalitesinin yükseltilmesi ve verimliliğin artırılmasıdır. Toplam kalite felsefesinde kalite ve verimliliğin artırılması için çalışanların memnuniyeti, motivasyonu ve ödüllendirilmesi, performans değerlendirme ve ölçme yöntemlerinin kullanılması, organizasyondaki hataların ve yanlışların ortadan kaldırılması, ekip çalışmasına ağırlık verilmesi, başarılı organizasyonların tecrübelerinden yararlanılması (benchmarking) , stratejik planlamanın yapılması ve benzeri hedefler üzerinde durulmaktadır. Bu çalışmada toplam kalite yönetiminin temel teorik çerçevesi incelenmektedir.

Total quality management is a management philosophy aimed at improving the "quality" in organizations. In this management understanding, the goal is to improve the quality of products and services and to improve the efficiency according to customers' wishes and expectations. The overall quality philosophy focuses on the satisfaction, motivation and reward of employees to improve quality and efficiency, the use of performance assessment and measurement methods, the elimination of errors and errors in the organization, the emphasis on teamwork, the benefit of the experiences of successful organizations (benchmarking), the implementation of strategic planning and similar goals. This study examines the basic theoretical framework of overall quality management.
