So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Personel seçimi organizasyonlar için önemli bir konu olup karar verme sürecinde kesin olmayan ve belirsiz verilerin kullanılmasını gerektirir. Seçim esnasında kullanılacak kriterler organizasyonun çalışma alanına özgü olmalı, seçim sonrasında organizasyonun amacına en faydalı olacak aday ilk sırayı almalıdır. Çalışmada askeri okullarda öğretmen adaylarda istenen özellikler literatür taraması ve uzman görüşleri yardımıyla tespit edilmiş ve kriterler bulanık Analitik Hiyerarşi Yöntemiyle (BAHP) ağırlıklandırılmıştır. Adayların kriterlere göre değerlendirilmesinde sayısal ve dilsel değişkenler kullanılmış, sıralama mutlak ölçüm (absolute measurement) yöntemiyle yapılmıştır.
