So many results that aren't mine?

References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

İslâm’ın beş temel esasından biri zekât ibadetidir. Diğer ibadetlerde olduğu gibi zekâtla da mükellef olmanın bir takım şartları vardır. Bu şartlardan biri de kişinin temel ihtiyaçları dışında kalan malının belli bir miktara ulaşmasıdır ki bunun asgari sınırı İslâm hukuk literatüründe nisab terimiyle ifade edilmektedir. Bu çalışmamızda nisab kavramı, bu kavramın modern vergi hukukundaki yeri ve Hz. Peygamber (s.a.s) tarafından belirlenen nisabların vergi matrahlarıyla ilişkisi ele alınmaktadır.
