Abstract:

Nowadays the technological developments affect every area of our lives, many countries want to take advantage of these innovations in different areas. One of these areas is Education. It is tried to transfer possibilities offered by technology to the educational environment with various programs and projects. In this sense, in our country a project named Movement of Enhancing Opportunities and Improving Technology that is the short name of Fatih (Fırsatları Arttırma, Teknolojiyi İyileştirme Hareketi) is put out by the Ministry of Education. This project is also supported by the Ministry of Transport is a major project that multi-dimensional. Due to the many dimensions of the Project, the assessments about the project must be made a multidimensional. In this study, Fatih project is discussed educational, physical and economic aspects.
