So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?

Abstract:

An essential condition for economic development is the use of production factors as efficiently and effectively as possible. However, one of the leading factors, the use of the labor force is distributed unevenly in favor of men in all countries of the world. The proportion of the participation of women in social and economic life and their utilization of these features are not directly proportional. In our study, the effect of the number of marriages, number of divorces, general unemployment rate, the number of female labor force and education level of women, as independent variables, on dependent variables; labor force participation rates and employment rates of women were investigated. In general, the study deals with analyzing the variables published for the whole Turkey from 1988 to 2016 by Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK). Initially, the conceptual and theoretical frame work of the study were structured, and the literature was reviewed and then the variables related to the years 1988-2016 were analyzed.
