Abstract:

Bu araştırmada Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’nda görev yapan müfettişlerin örgütsel bağlılık düzeyleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Tarama modelindeki araştırma, Türkiye’de 81 ilde il milli eğitim müdürlükleri bünyesinde görev yapan 337 müfettiş üzerinde yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri, Allen ve Meyer (1990) tarafından geliştirilen “Örgütsel Bağlılık Ölçeği” kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Araştırma verilerinin çözümlenmesinde; aritmetik ortalama (X), standart sapma (ss), t-testi ve tek boyutlu varyans analizi (ANOVA) kullanılmıştır. Tek yönlü varyans analizi sonuçlarına göre anlamlı farklılığın kaynağının belirlenmesinde ise Scheffe Testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada müfettişlerin örgütsel bağlılıklarının ve örgütsel bağlılığın alt boyutları olan duygusal, devam ve normatif bağlılıklarının “orta” düzeyde olduğu, müfettişlerin örgütsel bağlılık ve örgütsel bağlığın normatif bağlılık alt boyutundaki bağlılık düzeylerinin öğrenim durumu, mesleki kıdem ve görev yaptıkları hizmet bölgesi değişkenlerine göre anlamlı bir farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir

Abstract:

In this research, it has been tried to determine the Level of The Organisational Commitment of Inspectors who work in the Ministry of Education. The research in the screening model has been employed on 337 inspectors who work within the scope of education directorates of each 81 cities in Turkey. The data of the research has been obtained utilizing ''Organisational Commitment Scale'' developed by Allen and Meyer (1990). In the analysis of the research data ,arithmetic mean (), standard deviation (SS) t-test and analysis of one-dimensional variance (ANOVA) have been used. According to the results of unilateral variance analysis, in determination of the resource of meaningful distinction, Scheffe Test has been employed. It has been established that organizational commitment and such sub-dimensions as affective, continuity and normative commitment of the investigators were at medium-level and in terms of the educational situation of the investigators' organizational commitment and their commitment level at normative lower dimension, professional seniority and service area dimension they work in, significantly meaningful distinctness has been determined
