So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

The main purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between teachers’ organizational trust and organizational commitment levels. Data were collected from 378 classroom and branch teachers working in primary and secondary schools in Tokat province. Teachers’ trust they perceived in their schools is measured through The Scale of Trust Culture in Relationships in School developed by Erdoğan (2012). To measure teachers’ organizational commitment Organizational Commitment Scale was used which has been developed by Balay (2000) and reanalyzed by factor structure by Erdem (2008). Findings demonstrate teachers, to a large extent, perceive trust in relationships in their schools while their organizational commitment is at a middle level. Whereas teachers’ organizational commitment is negatively correlated with their trust levels in the dimension of compliance, their organizational commitment is positively correlated with their trust levels in the dimensions of identification and internalization. The results of multiple regression analyses revealed that teachers’ trust is a significant predictor of their organizational commitment.  Key words: Organizational trust, Organizational commitment, Teacher
