This study investigates Turkish primary schools’ administrators’ organizational commitment level in terms of gender, branch, marital status, seniority, education level, school size and the school district. Data of the study are collected through ‘Organizational Commitment’ scale, developed by Balay (2000), which implemented by EARGED to 678 school administrators coming from 23 cities of Turkey. In the dimension of compliance, school administrators’ views significantly varied depending on their gender, school type and school size. The school administrators’ views also significantly varied in terms of identification and internalization dimensions based on marital status, school type, seniority, educational level, school size and the school district variables.
