The purpose of this research is to determine the organizational commitment of teachers and administrators in primary and secondary schools regarding the school, and to determine whether their organizational commitment differs in terms of some variables. The general survey model was used in the research. The population of the research is the teachers and school administrators working in official primary and secondary schools in the city center of Batman in the 2020-2021 academic year. In the selection of the sample, proportional simple random sampling technique was used. The research was carried out with a total of 369 teachers and school administrators, 151 of whom are from primary schools and 218 from secondary schools. Questionnaire was used as a data collection tool in the study. In the study, personal data are shown with average, percentage, and frequency. Whether the independent variables differed or not was analyzed by t-Test and Anova (F) Test. SPSS program was used in the analysis of the data. According to the results of the research, the level of organizational commitment of teachers and administrators in primary and secondary schools was determined as "I agree at a moderate level". It was determined that the dimension that teachers and administrators showed the most commitment was internalization and the least commitment was adaptation. In the study, it was determined that the organizational commitment level of teachers and administrators in primary and secondary schools did not differ according to gender, marital status, educational status, professional experience, tenure at the school. However, it was revealed that the organizational commitment of teachers and administrators differed significantly in favor of the administrators according to the task at the school and in favor of secondary schools according to the school they worked at.
