Abstract:

The aim of this study is studing the person who is going to internet cafe as a subculture group. One of the most important change in Turkey is growing up the internet using on the last decade. This network of computers has ever been influential on our everyday life as it became widespread and commodified. This aspect of vulnerability is especially relevant for children and youth. For those children sitting in front of the computer, there might be physical, social and psychological problems in their growing. Moreover, these criminals may approach the school-age children and adolescents as a real friend after having shared their economically and psychologically distressing life. İn this study, firstly we observed the internet cafes in Niğde after that we interviewed the owner of this cafes and the persons who are coming this places. After those interviewing we practised the interviewing form on the 143 persons.
