Bireyler örgüt içinde çeşitli faktörlerden etkilenerek sessiz kalma davranışı sergileyebilmektedir. Bu çalışma örgütsel ortamda bireylerin sessizliğinin anlaşılmasında etik değerler ve adalet algısının etkisini ortaya koymayı hedeflemektedir. Bu kapsamda çalışmada, örgütsel etik değerlerin, çalışanların sessiz kalma davranışına etkisi ve bu etkide örgütsel adaletin aracılık rolü incelenmektedir.Araştırma kapsamında Ankara’da bulunan bir kamu eğitim kurumunda çalışan 168 kişiden toplanan veriler analiz edilmiştir. Örgüt içi etik değerlerin bireylerin sessizlik davranışlarına etkisinde adalet algısının aracılığına yönelik anket yöntemi ile veri toplanmış, ölçeklerin geçerliliği doğrulayıcı faktör analizi, değişkenler arası ilişkiler korelasyon analizi, örgütsel değişkenlerin birbirini yordama gücü ve aracılık etkisi ise regresyon analizi ile test edilmiştir.Çalışma sonucunda, etik değerlerin örgütsel sessizlik davranışının bir yordayıcısı olduğu ve adalet algısısın bu ilişkide aracılık etkisine sahip olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
Individuals can show silent behavior by influencing various factors within the organization. This study aims to reveal the effect of ethical values and the perception of justice on the understanding of the silence of individuals in the organizational environment. In this scope, the study examines the impact of organizational ethical values on the silent behavior of employees and the role of organizational justice in this impact.The study analyses the data collected from 168 people working in a public education institution located in Ankara. The data were collected through the survey method for the effect of ethical values on the silent behavior of individuals through the perception of justice, the validity of scales verifying factor analysis, the correlation analysis of intervariable relationships, the strength of the organizational variables and the mediation effect were tested by the regression analysis.The study resulted in the conclusion that ethical values were a mediator of the organizational silent behavior and the perception of justice had the mediation effect in this relationship.
