So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

The level of burnout, which has an important place in workplace behaviors and life quality of healthcare professionals, is examined in this study. The study was conducted on a total of 350 nurses and midwives working in 5 public hospitals affiliated with the Public Hospitals Administration in the districts of Suruç, Harran, Akçakale, Viranşehir, and Ceylanpınar, located near the Syria border in Şanlıurfa and hosting the camps of Syrian refugees, and at 5 camps in these districts by applying Maslach Burnout Inventory between 01.03.2016 – 15.06.2016. 258 (0.74) nurses and midwives participated in the study. When examining mean scores of items of subscales of the burnout inventory in the study; it was determined that emotional exhaustion mean score was 2.30; depersonalization mean score was 1.83, and personal accomplishment mean score was 1.45. Accordingly, the subscale of Emotional Exhaustion had the highest mean score, namely the highest level of burnout. In this case, it may be asserted that nurses and midwives had the highest level of emotional exhaustion perception and they had relatively lower perceptions of depersonalization and personal accomplishment.
