Abstract:

This study has studied the contribution of enhanced health workers to the safety of patients. It is believed that the powers that the hospital managers transfer to the employees will lead to the strengthening of the health workers. Thanks to the strengthening, it is clear that health workers will easily overcome the difficulties they face in the hospital environment. It is necessary to create a good patient safety culture to ensure the development of enhanced staff in patient safety. A systematic application created in this way can have a positive impact on its transmission to future generations. This could prevent healthcare workers from making mistakes.The study was conducted with 508 people who accepted not to participate in the study between January 2017 and April 2017. According to the study, 50.8 percent of participants were nurses, 74.4 percent women, 53.7 percent married, 87.5 percent under the age of 40, 57.2 percent pre-graduate and graduate, 48.2 percent worked between 41-50 hours. The relationship between strengthening and patient safety culture and strengthening has been determined to have an impact on the patient safety culture. As a result, authorized and strengthened human resources are considered to be an important source for improving the patient safety culture.
