Abstract:

In the most well-known sense, the love which can be defined as the desire that a person feels to the opposite sex, as the mindwork of mankind, when we can reach the address in philosophy, records show the ancient Greece. Compared to fields such as literature, philosophy is one of the fields that talk about love. Most of these restricted statements belong to Platon from ancient Greek thinkers. The study will focus on the concepts and assessments of three philosophers who have worked on love, taking Platon in the center. It began with Empodekles because it was the first to make the definition of "love" in philosophy. While the Empodekles defines love as "first moving", it is also important for Plato, which we can call the main boy, to be inspired to interpret love as "moving". Then we discuss the dialogue of Platon and especially the Celebrity. In Ancient Greece and later, in order to understand the many definitions of love, the talents of the Celebrity Dialogue are discouraged. After evaluating all the definitions of Plato and especially the Dialogue of the Celebrity, it is seen as Plotinus, who defines his love as an inspiration for many philosophers after him. Plotinus can be said to have prepared a thought ground for the perception of love of the holy religions with the New Platinum. The study, in addition to the contents wearing all of these concepts, also tries to identify the sight of the period, love, and even the woman from time to time; the distortion of love in the intellectual environment of the period. The way of understanding this unity that combines religion and philosophy with love passes through both these definitions and the perception of the time. Therefore, these three names in Ancient Greece make an important trace for reading about sex love.
