Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to find out whether married individuals perceive married support, marriage satisfaction and psychological well-being. The study included 223 married individuals. This study was organized according to the relative scan model from general scan models.  In the study; The Equal Support Measurement developed by Yıldırım (2004), developed by Ward, Lundberg, Zabriskie and Berrett, (2009), developed by Steel (2012) and developed by Diener and his friends (2010) and developed by Telef (2013) and developed by Telef (2013) and used the Psychological Goodness Measurement. The research finds that the subdimensions of married individuals' co-support generally contribute to marriage satisfaction and psychological well-being at a significant level. It appears that there is a meaningful relationship between the subdimensions of marriage support and marriage satisfaction (R=0.557, R2=0.311, F,23,659 p<.001). Emotional support, social interest support, appreciation support, financial assistance and information support describe 55.7% of the total variance in marriage satisfaction. It has been found that there is a meaningful relationship between the sub-dimensions of spouse support and the psychological well-being points (R=0.335, R2=0.112, F,6.639 p<.001). Emotional support, social interest support, appreciation support, financial assistance and information support describe 33.5% of the total variance of psychological well-being. The study found that married individuals’ spouse support entirely contributed to marriage satisfaction and psychological well-being points.
