Abstract:

The objective of this study is to understand the economic and social change, starting from Schumpeter’s entrepreneurial concept, and to show that Schumpeter’s innovative entrepreneurial concept can be an analytical tool that can be used in expanding the economic theoretical framework with real policy.In this context, the subject of economic and social transformation in the study has been studied in three sections, respectively, by linking the themes of “in-balance imbalance”, “creative entrepreneur” and “technological development”. In the first part, the link to the dynamic analysis framework of the innovative entrepreneur, which is one of the causes of the imbalance of the capitalist system, is questioned and it is stated that the dynamic framework, unlike the static framework, is more functional in understanding the course of capitalist development. In the second part, the dynamism that the entrepreneur’s creative character adds to the system is questioned and in the last part, the structural transformation that entrepreneur and technological innovations lead to economic and social change is examined.
