Abstract:

In the fields of summer reviews, it is recognized that the influence of the management forms of leaders is important in the guidance of employees’ attitudes and behaviors and in the increase in their efficiency. Today, the high competition, environmental conditions, leadership behaviors can create negative conditions in organizational employees, such as employment losses, psychological, behavioral and health problems. Toxic leadership appears to us as a type of leader with narcissistic behavior, who behaves badly with employees within the organization, who humiliates them. To accept themselves to their employees, the use of a high degree of control, by decreasing the morality, motivation and efficiency of employees, has a negative impact on the destructive and organizational climate for the organization. This study examined the levels of toxic leadership perception of healthcare workers in the healthcare sector and the factors affecting them. For this purpose, the relationship between toxic leadership perception levels and demographic variables of a private hospital staff in Tekirdağ or Çorlu district has been addressed. The data was obtained by the survey method applied to employees, and statistical analysis was made using SPSS.
