Son yıllarda plyometrik nitelikteki antrenmanların birim zamanda yapılan işi, sporcu verimini ve gücü artırdığına dair çalışmalar dikkati çekmektedir. Bu çalışmada Plyometrik egzersizlerin amatör genç erkek futbolcuların anaerobik patlayıcı güçleri üzerindeki etkileri araştırıldı. Elazığ amatör liginde futbol oynayan gönüllü 17 futbolcuya, mevcut antrenmanları içinde bir bölüm olarak düzenli plyometrik egzersizler uygulandı. Benzer klasik antrenmanlarına devam eden başka bir futbol takımından 17 futbolcu ve ayrıca 17 sedanter öğrenci kontrol grubu olarak çalışmaya alındı. Çalışma grubuna 3 ay süreyle haftada iki gün ortalama 30-40 dakika plyometrik egzersiz programı uygulandı. Çalışma öncesi ve sonrasında antropometrik ölçümlerin yanı sıra, dikey sıçrama, Wingate ve Margaria Kalamen anaerobik testleri, 45 m sürat koşusu ve bacak kuvveti ölçümleri yapıldı. Grupların çalışma öncesi ve sonrası ölçümleri Windows ortamında SPSS programı kullanılarak karşılaştırıldı. Denekler benzer ortalama yaşlara sahipti. Plyometrik antrenman grubunda (PAG) ortalama 1,8 cm, klasik antrenman grubunda (KAG) 0,7 cm ve sedanter grupta (SG) 0,6 cm boy artışı kaydedildi. PAG'da ortalama vücut ağırlığında anlamlı bir artış (62,2±5,4 63,1±5,4) bulunurken ortalama vücut yağ yüzdesinde düşüş (10,8±0,8 10,3±0,7) gözlendi (p<0.01). Anaerobik güçlerin değerlendirildiği Kalamen, Wingate ve Dikey sıçrama testlerinde PAG'ta diğerlerine oranla anlamlı bir olumlu gelişme gözlendi (p<0.01). Ayrıca bacak kuvveti artışıyla birlikte, bacak çevresi ölçümlerinde de artış kaydedildi. Sonuç olarak, üç ay süreyle yapılan düzenli plyometrik antrenmanlar, genç futbolcuların vücut kompozisyonunda olumlu bir değişime, anaerobik güçlerinde ve bacak kuvvetlerinde artışa neden olduğu söylenebilir.

In recent years, plyometric quality training has attracted attention to the work done in unit time, the performance of the athlete and the strength of the study. In this study; the effects of Plyometric exercises on the anaerobic explosive forces of amateur young male footballers were studied. 17 volunteers who played football in the Elazığ amateur league, regular plyometric exercises were applied as a part of their current training. 17 footballers and 17 sedanter students were taken to work as a control group from another football team that continued to similar classical training. The study group applied a 30-40-minute plyometric exercise program for two days a week for a period of 3 months. In addition to anthropometric measurements before and after the study, vertical jumping, Wingate and Margaria Kalamen anaerobic tests, 45 m speed running and leg strength measurements were carried out. Pre- and post-work measurements of the groups were compared using the SPSS program in the Windows environment. They were similar to the average age. In the Plyometric Training Group (PAG) an average of 1.8 cm, in the Classic Training Group (KAG) 0.7 cm and in the Sedanter Group (SG) 0.6 cm increase in size was. Pag observed a significant increase in average body weight (62.2±5.4; 63.1±5.4) while a decrease in average body fat percentage (10.8±0.8; 10.3±0.7) was observed (p<0.01). In the Kalamen, Wingate and Dikey jumping tests, where anaerobic forces were evaluated, a significant positive improvement was observed in PAG compared to others (p<0.01). In addition, with the increase in the strength of the leg, an increase was also in the measurements around the leg. As a result, regular plyometric exercises for three months can be said to cause a positive change in the body composition of young footballers, an increase in anaerobic strengths and leg strengths.

In this study; the effects of plyometric training on anaerobic power of young footballers (boys) were investigated. Volunteer 17 footballers playing amateur league in Elazığ were participated to this study as subjects. Regular plyometric exercises were used in the one part of training session of this subject. Also, volunteer 17 footballers who are doing routine soccer training and 17 sedentary students were measured as other control groups. The first group put into plyometric training in 3 month periods, two days a week for 30 minutes. Pre and posttest were performed in 3-month periods to measure the anthropometrics characteristics of subjects. Wingate and Margaria Clamen anaerobic tests, vertical jump, 45-mt sprint and leg strength test were done. To determine the differences in groups; One way Anova, Wilcoxon test and descriptive statistics were used with SPSS program. Subjects in groups have similar ages. There were height increase in plyometric training group (PAG) 1.8 cm, in clasic Training group (KAG); 0.7 cm and in sedentary group (SG); 0.6 cm. It was found significant increase in the mean body weight of PAG (62,2±5,4; 63,1 ±5,4) but, decrease percent body fat (10,8±0,8; 10,3±0,7) (p<0.01). According to the anaerobic power tests (Calamen, Wingate and vertical jump tests), there were significant positive developments in PAG compare to other groups. (p< 0.01). Also leg strength development and leg diameter increase were found in PAG (p< 0.01). As a result; regular plyometric training in 3 month period can be cause of positive changing in body compositions and increase in anaerobic powers and strength of young footballers.
