Bu araştırmanın amacı güzel sanatlar liselerinde eğitim gören öğrencilerin özgün baskı resim uygulamalarına ilişkin tutumlarını tespit etmektir. Araştırma 2013-2014 eğitim öğretim yılında yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Türkiye’deki güzel sanatlar liseleri oluştururken örneklemini Bolu Güzel Sanatlar Lisesi resim bölümünün üçüncü sınıfından küme örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen sekizer kişilik üç öğrenci grubu oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada deneme modeli kullanılmış olup, araştırma verileri araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen beşli likert tipi tutum ölçeği ile elde edilmiştir. Araştırma verileri ışığında öğrencilerin özgün baskı resim uygulamaları ile ilgili olarak zevk alma, hoşlanma, öğrenme ve araştırma yapma isteği gibi olumlu tutumlar sergiledikleri sonucuna varılmıştır. Aynı şekilde çok az sayıda öğrencinin özgün baskı resim uygulamaları ile ilgili olarak zevk almama, hoşlanmama, öğrenme ve araştırma yapma isteği taşımama gibi olumsuz tutumlar sergiledikleri yönünde bulgular saptanmıştır. Araştırma, bu liselerde verilen özgün baskı resim derslerinin öğrencilerin ilgisini canlı tutmayı hedeflemesi, özgün baskı resim ile ilgili yayınların ve kalitesinin geliştirilmesi, öğretmenlerin sanatçı ve sanat eğitimcisi olarak onlara mesleki rehberlik yapması ve model olması önerileri ile sonlandırılmıştır.
This study, carried out in the 2013-2014 educational year, aims to identify the attitudes of students of fine arts high schools towards printmaking activities. The study population was the fine arts high schools in Turkey, and the study sample consisted of three clusters of 11th grade students studying at Bolu Fine Arts High School, each of which included eight subjects selected by cluster sampling method. For the purposes of this study, quantitative research methodology was used and data were collected through a five point Likert attitude scale prepared by the researcher. It was clear from the findings that the students had positive attitudes towards printmaking, such as enjoyment, liking, and willingness to learn and to discover. Similarly, very few students were found to have negative attitudes such as displeasure, dislike, and reluctance to learn and discover. It was concluded that the printmaking lessons taught in these high schools need to be directed at keeping the students’ interest alive, and there is a need to increase the quantity and quality of publications on printmaking, and to provide vocational guidance to the students as artists and art teachers.
