Abstract:

In the entrepreneurship process starting with the idea of establishing a business, the financial situation and the economic environment of the country can be cut off is very important. Many women who want to become entrepreneurs and have the necessary qualifications are not able to get out of the field due to insufficient financial conditions. For women entrepreneurs who are able to start their own business by overcoming this barrier, economic problems are again a restrictive element. Economic issues attract so much attention in entrepreneurship while the lack of financial literature for women entrepreneurs is also a negative picture in terms of competition. In this study, a 28 question scale, including demographic variables, was used and the scales were applied to 342 women enterprises located in the TR71 Level 2 Area (Aksaray, Kırıkkale, Kırşehir, Niğde and Nevşehir) and registered in the "Commerce and Industry Rooms" (TSO). In our study, the obstacles that women entrepreneurs encounter by focusing on their experiences have been assessed in the context of economic problems according to demographic variables, and the importance of financial literature has been emphasized.
