The changes and developments that occur today have led to the need for individuals to have a number of skills. These skills, called the 21st century skills, are treated as 13 skills under 3 main titles, including "Learning and Innovation Skills", "Information, Media and Technology Skills", "Life and Career Skills". In this study, the teachers are 21. The aim is to study the perceptions of competence towards the skills of the century in terms of different variables (gender, professional age).
