Bu araştırmanın amacı, ortaokulda görev yapan öğretmenlerin 21. Yüzyıl becerilerine yönelik yeterlik algılarını çeşitli değişkenlere (cinsiyet, yaş, branş, mesleki kıdem, eğitim durumu, mezun olunan fakülte) göre incelemektir. Bu bakımdan bu araştırma betimsel nitelikli nedensel karşılaştırma araştırmasıdır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2022-2023 eğitim - öğretim yılında ortaokullarda görev yapan 127 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma çalışma grubu üzerinden yürütülmüş olup örneklem alma yoluna gidilmemiştir. Araştırmada veri toplamak amacıyla “kişisel bilgiler formu” ve “21. yüzyıl yeterlik algısı ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama ve gruplar arası karşılaştırmalar için bağımsız örneklemler t-testi ile tek yönlü varyans analizi teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, ortaokul öğretmenlerinin, 21. yüzyıl becerilerine ilişkin genel yeterlik algılarının yüksek düzeyde olduğu, cinsiyet, yaş, branş, mesleki kıdem, eğitim durumu, mezun olunan fakülte değişkenlerine göre hem alt boyutlarında hem de genel toplamında anlamlı bir farklılığın olmadığı ve genel olarak algılarının yüksek olduğu, sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.
The aim of this study is to provide 21 teachers who work in the high school. It is to study the perceptions of competence towards the skills of the century according to a variety of variables (gender, age, branch, professional age, educational status, graduated faculty). In this regard, this research is an illustrative qualitative causal comparison research. The research work group consists of 127 teachers who work in high schools in the 2022-2023 educational year. The research was carried out through the study group and did not go to the sample. The study used the "Personal Information Form" and the "21st Century Qualification Perception Scale" to collect data. In the analysis of the obtained data for frequency, percentage, arithmetic average and intergroup comparisons, independent samples have been tested with one-way variance analysis techniques. The research has found that high school teachers have a high level of general qualification perception of their 21st century skills, gender, age, branch, vocational age, educational status, graduated faculty variants have no significant differences in both their lower dimensions and overall and their general perception is high.
The purpose of this research is to examine the efficacy perceptions of secondary school teachers for 21st century skills according to various variables (gender, age, branch, professional seniority, educational status, graduated faculty). In this respect, this research is a descriptive causal comparison research. The study group of the research consists of 127 teachers working in secondary schools in the 2022-2023 academic year. The research was carried out on the study group and sampling was not used. In order to collect data in the research, "personal information form" and "21. century efficacy perception scale” was used. In the analysis of the obtained data, frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean and one-way analysis of variance techniques with independent samples t-test were used for intergroup comparisons. As a result of the research, it was found that secondary school teachers had a high level of general efficacy perceptions regarding 21st century skills, that there was no significant difference in terms of gender, age, branch, professional seniority, educational status, faculty graduated, and that there was no significant difference in both sub-dimensions and general total. high, the results have been reached.
