Üniversite Çalışanlarının Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı, İş Tatmini Ve İş Performansı Arasındaki İlişki

Abstract:

Bu araştırma, üniversite çalışanlarının örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı, iş tatmini ve iş performansı arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma, Kırklareli Üniversitesinde görev yapan öğretim elemanları ve idari personel ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler, anket formu ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizi, SPSS 22.0 for Windows paket programında yapılmıştır. Katılımcıların örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ve iş tatmini yüksek, iş performansı çok yüksek düzeyde bulunmuştur. Bazı demografik özelliklere göre, katılımcıların örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı, iş tatmini ve iş performansı arasında anlamlı fark saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, katılımcıların örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı, iş tatmini ve iş performansı arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişki saptanmıştır.

This research was done to determine the relationship between the organizational citizenship behavior, work satisfaction and work performance of university employees. The research was carried out with teachers and administrative staff working at the University of Kırklareli. The data is collected in the form of the survey. The data analysis is done in the SPSS 22.0 for Windows package program. Participants’ organizational citizenship behavior and work satisfaction were high, work performance was very high. According to some demographic characteristics, a significant difference has been found between the participants’ organizational citizenship behavior, work satisfaction and work performance. As a result, a positive relationship between participants’ organizational citizenship behavior, work satisfaction and work performance has been established.
