Okul Öncesi Kademesinde Çocuğu Olan Ebeveynlerin Çocuk Haklarını Uygulama Düzeylerinin Belirlenmesi

Bu araştırmada çocuğu okul öncesi kademesinde olan ebeveynlerin çocuk haklarını uygulama düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Giresun il merkezinde bulunan ve Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı bağımsız anaokullarında eğitim-öğretimine devam etmekte olan 60-72 aylık aralığındaki çocukların ebeveynleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında toplamda 273 ebeveyne ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verilerini elde etmek amacıyla ‘Ebeveyn Çocuk Hakları Davranış Ölçeği’ kullanılmıştır. Ölçek yaşama, gelişim, katılım ve koruma olmak üzere toplamda dört boyuttan oluşmaktadır. Ölçeği oluşturan bu dört boyut üzerinde ebeveynlerin mesleği, aylık gelir durumu, sahip olunan çocuk sayısı, çocuk haklarına ilişkin eğitim alıp almama durumu olmak üzere dört değişkenin etkisi araştırılmıştır. Verilerin analizi için de SPSS programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre ebeveynlerin çocuk haklarını uygulama düzeylerinin çok yüksek olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Boyutlara göre elde edilen sonuçlara bakıldığında ebeveynlerin çocuk haklarını uygulama düzeyleri katılım, yaşama ve koruma boyutunda çok yüksek, gelişim boyutunda ise yüksek olduğu bulguları elde edilmiştir.

Abstract:

This study is aimed at determining the levels of child rights enforcement by parents who are in the pre-school stage of the child. The universe of research is formed by the parents of children between 60-72 months who are in the educational and educational interval of 60-72 months, which are located in the center of the province of Giresun and are continuing their education in the independent kindergartens associated with the Ministry of National Education. The study included 273 parents. In the research, scan models from quantum research methods were used. For the purpose of obtaining research data, the 'Parental Child Rights Behavior Scale' was used. The scale consists of four dimensions: life, development, participation and protection. On these four dimensions that make up the scale, the influence of four variables has been studied, including the occupation of parents, the monthly income status, the number of children held, the status of child education and the status of child rights. SPSS is also used for data analysis. The findings from the study have found that parents have a very high level of exercise of their children’s rights. With the results obtained according to dimensions, the findings have been found that the levels of parents' rights of the child are very high in the scale of participation, living and protection, and in the scale of development are high.

In this study, it was aimed to determine the level of implementation of children's rights by parents whose children are at pre-school level. The population of the research consists of the parents of children aged 60-72 months who continue their education in independent kindergartens affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in Giresun city center. Within the scope of the research, a total of 273 parents were reached. Survey model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used in the research. The 'Parent Child Rights Behavior Scale' was used to obtain the research data. The scale consists of four dimensions: survival, development, participation and protection. The effect of four variables on these four dimensions that make up the scale, including the profession of parents, monthly income, number of children, and whether or not they received education on children's rights, were investigated. SPSS v23 program was used for the analysis of the obtained data. According to the findings obtained in the research, it was concluded that the parents' level of implementation of children's rights was very high. When the results obtained according to the dimensions are examined, it has been found that the level of parents' implementation of children's rights is very high in the dimensions of participation, living and protection, and high in the dimension of development.
