Abstract:

On the education management in the provinces and districts it appears when the field scan is done where there is not yet a literature in our country, a very limited number of studies are carried out and the academics working on education management do not enter much into the area of interest. In order to address this need, Düzce's seven districts are intended to identify the educational problems of the district national education directors from the point of view, the work they do for a qualified education during their duties, what they do to improve themselves and what the educational managers can be more successful in which areas of training is taken. The research has been carried out by the first national education directors who have been working in the Düzce district. In this situation study performed by the quality research method, the problems they encounter when managing the districts from the educational managers, the work they do to be able to do a more qualified training, what they do to improve themselves and what they need to be a better educational managers seminars/courses and the conversation technique have been used to collect data about what the training is. The content analysis technique has been used to analyze the obtained data. Economic, human and bureaucratic issues are one of the main problems faced by the district managers. We are trying to communicate with educational staff, stakeholders and other institutions to solve these problems and improve the quality of education. In terms of professional development, district managers often advocate getting education, tend to continue the master's degree and increase the training within the service.
