In this study, the constructivist theory and the concept of identity has been studied by concreeting with the policy of the Bosnia-Herzegovina War of Turkey. This process of materialization was made with a focus on the basic principles of constructivism. These principles are the main actors of the analysis of states for the international political theory; the most important structures in the state system are intersubjective rather than material; ultimately, state identities and interests are built by social structures. In this direction, the study first explained the constructivist theory and the basic arguments of this theory were discussed. The subject of identity was then studied in the form of conceptual, the position in theory and the relationship with foreign policy. Finally, the policy of the Bosnia-Herzegovina war in Turkey was analyzed by the constructivist theory.
