The aim of this study is to determine the teachers' opinions on the respects of school managers. The research method is preferred in this study. The study group consists of 11 teachers. The study approach is preferred for examples. The conversation method was preferred to show the opinions of the participants, and the conversation form was used as a means of data collection, which consists of a semi-configured 5 open end questions. The participants were interviewed face-to-face to obtain data. The information obtained from the interview form was studied using content analysis. According to some of the findings from the study, participants assessed the reputation of managers in the educational institution in which they worked; to be fair, honest and reliable, to guide, to work in harmony and co-operation, and to be idealist and guiding.

The purpose of this survey is to find out what instructors think about how respectable school administrators are. In this study, the qualitative research approach was selected. There are 11 instructors in the research's study group. In the research, a deliberate sampling strategy was selected. Participants chose the interview technique for disclosing their opinions, and a semi-structured interview form with 5 open-ended questions was employed as a data collecting instrument. The participants were interviewed face-to-face to get the data. Using content analysis, the data from the interview form was examined. The participants rated the respectability of the administrators at the educational institution they work in as being fair, honest, and dependable; offering direction; working in harmony and cooperation; and being idealistic and guiding, according to some of the research's findings.
