Oteller yılın 365 günü müşterilerine hizmet veren tesisler olarak spesifik bir alanda uzmanlaşan işletme çeşidi olarak ifade edilebilir. Hizmet sürecindeki devamlılık, otelleri kendilerine mal ve hizmet sunan tedarikçi işletmeler için hatırı sayılır birer endüstriyel müşteri haline getirmektedir. Araştırmada, örgütsel birer alıcı olarak otellerin tedarikçilerinden memnun olup olmadığı belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ayrıca otellerde meydana gelen memnuniyet durumunun hangi değişkenler tarafından şekillendiğini tespit etmek araştırmanın diğer amaçları arasındadır. Çalışmanın örneklemi, basit tesadüfi ve tabakalı örnekleme teknikleriyle oluşturulmuş, İstanbul ilinde yerleşik 102 otelden meydana gelmektedir. Araştırmada veri elde etmede anketten faydalanılmıştır. Elde edilen veri seti istatistikî metotlar kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma bulguları, otel işletmelerinde endüstriyel müşteri memnuniyetinin sekiz faktör tarafından açıklandığını göstermektedir. Aynı zamanda bu boyutlar otellerin hizmet süresi ve sahiplik durumlarına göre istatistikî olarak anlamlı farklılıklar göstermektedir.

Abstract:

Hotels can be expressed as a variety of specializing in a specific area as facilities that serve customers 365 days a year. Continuity in the service process makes the hotels a number of industrial customers for the supplier companies that offer goods and services to them. The study aims to determine whether the hotels are satisfied with the suppliers as an organizational buyer. It is also among the other purposes of the research to identify which variables form satisfaction in hotels. The sampling of the study, created by simple random and layer sampling techniques, consists of 102 hotels located in the Istanbul province. The research has been used to obtain data. The obtained data set is evaluated using statistical methods. Research findings show that industrial customer satisfaction in hotel enterprises is explained by eight factors. At the same time, these sizes show statistically significant differences depending on the hotel’s service time and ownership status.
