Okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin sınıf yönetimi becerilerini kesitsel tarama yöntemiyle incelemeyi amaçlayan bu araştırma betimsel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmada amaçlı örneklem yöntemlerinden tipik durum örneklemesi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Buna göre araştırmaya 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılının bahar döneminde Erzurum ilinde sınıf mevcutları, velilerin sosyo ekonomik durumları ve eğitim düzeyleri kent ortalama seviyesine yakın okullarda görev yapmakta olan toplam 110 okul öncesi öğretmeni katılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak “Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve Sınıf Yönetimi Beceri Düzeyi Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Verilerinin analizinde betimsel ve kestirimsel istatistik kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin sınıf yönetimi becerilerinin yaşlarına, görevdeki çalışma pozisyonlarına, öğrenim düzeylerine, gelir durumlarına ve sınıflarındaki çocukların yaşlarına göre anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Ancak okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin sınıf yönetimi becerilerinin medeni durumlarına, mesleki kıdemlerine ve sınıftaki çocukların mevcuduna göre anlamlı düzeyde farklılaştığı belirlenmiştir.
This research, which aims to examine the class management skills of pre-school teachers with the scan method, is an imaginary study. The study used a typical case sample method for the purposes of sampling. According to this research, in the spring period of the 2018-2019 educational year in Erzurum province class present, social and economic conditions of the guardians and educational levels, a total of 110 pre-school teachers who are working in schools close to the city's average level. As a data collection tool, the "Personal Information Form and Class Management Skills Level Scale" was used. In the analysis of the data, visual and short-scale statistics were used. As a result, it has been found that pre-school teachers’ class management skills do not differ significantly according to age, job positions, level of education, income and age of children in their classes. However, it has been determined that pre-school teachers’ class management skills differ significantly according to their civic status, professional backgrounds and the presence of children in the class.
This research, which aims to examine the classroom management skills of preschool teachers with cross-sectional screening method, is a descriptive study. Typical case sampling method, one of the purposeful sampling methods, was used in the research. According to this study, 110 pre-school teachers, who are working in schools close to the city average level, class sizes, parents' socio-economic status and education levels in Erzurum province participated in the study in the spring term of 2018-2019 academic year. In the study “personal information form and classroom management skill level scale” was used as data collection tool. Descriptive and predictive statistics were used to analyze the data. As a result, it was found that the classroom management skills of preschool teachers did not differ significantly according to the age, position, education level, income level and age of the students in the classroom. However, it was determined that preschool teachers' classroom management skills differed significantly according to their marital status, professional seniority and the number of students in the classroom.
