So many results that aren't mine?

E�itim liderli�i ve y�netimi kapsam�nda yay�mlanm�� olan ara�t�rmalar�n, �lkelerin e�itim sistemlerine nas�l liderlik edildi�i ve y�netildi�i konusunda mevcut durumu ortaya koymas� ve gelece�e y�nelik projeksiyonlarda bulunmas� bak�m�ndan �nemli oldu�u d���n�lmektedir. Bu ara�t�rmada 2012 y�l�nda Educational Administration Quarterly (EAQ), International Journal of Educational Management (IJEM) ve School Leadership & Management (SLM) dergilerindeki ara�t�rmalar�n, ama� ve y�ntem alt ba�l�klar� alt�nda incelenmesi ama�lanm��t�r. �al��ma grubu, 2012 y�l�nda alan�n sayg�n dergileri aras�ndaki EAQ, IJEM ve SLM dergilerinde yay�nlanan ara�t�rmalardan olu�maktad�r. Ara�t�rma verileri, nitel ara�t�rma tekniklerinden dok�man incelemesi yoluyla toplanm�� olup betimsel analiz y�ntemiyle analiz edilmi�tir. Bu ara�t�rmada temalar ama�/konu, ara�t�rma deseni/y�ntemi, �al��ma grubu ve verilerin analizi olarak �nceden belirlenmi�tir. Analiz sonucunda, e�itim ara�t�rmalar�nda son d�nemde nitel ara�t�rmalar�n a��rl�k kazand��� ve ara�t�rma konular�nda e�itim liderli�ine yer verildi�i g�r�lm��t�r. Ara�t�rmalarda �al��ma grubu olarak alanyaz�n, okul y�neticileri ve ��retmenlerin al�nd��� ve verilerin analizinde ise daha �ok i�erik analizi ve alanyaz�n taramas� yap�ld��� g�r�lm��t�r.
