Bu çalışmada 24 gönüllü sporcuda istirahat ve 4 mM laktat eşiği hızında 20 dakikalık koşu egzersizi sonrasında serum aspartat amino transferaz (AST), kreatin kinaz (CK) ve laktat dehidrogenaz (LDH) enzim düzeylerine ve egzersiz sonrası' plazma laktat düzeylerine bakıldı. Serum AST ve LDH düzeylerinin anlamlı şekilde arttığı (p<0.05), serum CK düzeylerinde de anlamlı olmayan bir artış olduğu saptandı (p>0.05). Egzersiz sonrası serum AST, CK ve LDH enzim değişiklikleri ile plazma laktat düzeyleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmadı.
In this study, 24 volunteer athletes took a break and 20 minutes of running exercise at 4 mM laktate threshold speed after serum aspartate amino transferase (AST), creatine kinase (CK) and laktate dehydrogenase (LDH) enzyme levels and post-exercise plasma laktate levels. The serum AST and LDH levels have been significantly increased (p<0.05), and the serum CK levels have also been significantly increased (p>0.05). There is no meaningful relationship between serum AST, CK and LDH enzyme changes and plasma lactate levels.
In this study, serum aspartate amino transferase (AST), creatine kinase (CK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) enzyme levels and plasma lactate concentrations were investigated in blood samples taken from 24 voluntary athletes after running 20 min at 4mM lactate threshold speed on the treadmill. Serum AST and LDH levels were increased significantly (p<0.05), while increases were not significant in serum CK levels. There was no correlation between serum AST, CK, LDH levels and plasma lactate concentrations.
